Overview

A basic introduction to project management work. This is a VET accredited Unit of Competency within the Business Services Training Package (BSB). This Unit of Competency comprises skills and knowledge required to undertake a straightforward project or a section of a larger project. It covers developing a project plan, administering and monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learned for application to future projects.

This course complies with the requirements for delivery of the nationally accredited Unit of Competency BSBPMG430.

It is recommended that the Assessment Requirements for Performance and Knowledge Evidence are structured to suit the enterprise resource management tools and systems available within the specific candidate’s workplace. Course Details

Duration: 2 days (classroom based theory phase). Candidates have 3 months to successfully complete the Assessment phase before a Statement of Attainment can be awarded for this Unit of Competency

Price: $700 (ex GST)

Who should attend: Applies to individuals who play a significant role in ensuring a project meets timelines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other  requirements set for a project

Prerequisite: No prerequisites are mandated for this course

Accreditation: Nationally accredited VET Statement of Attainment will be awarded on successful completion of this Unit of Competency
