Shortlist and phone interview

Our Talent Engagement Team will review your application.

Candidates who meet our criteria will be contacted for a phone interview. Unsuitable candidates will receive an email with an outcome for their application.

Interview

Those successful after a phone interview will be invited to attend an interview. Interviews may be conducted in person or by video.

You may be asked to attend a second interview. Candidates unsuitable after interview will be contacted by phone and provided with an outcome.

Background checks

Following a successful interview, you will be required to complete our background check process which may include (but not limited to):

  • Pre-employment medical
  • Reference checks
  • Police check or security defence clearance

Offer

After successful completion of background checks, we hope to make you a verbal offer.

Your employment contract will be issued electronically followed by on-boarding documentation.
