Our integrated approach to the provision of training services means we work in close partnership with our customers to transform training delivery – improving outcomes, reducing costs and delivering suitably qualified, experienced and brand-immersed personnel. In addition to the design and delivery of training, we offer a range of support services for each of our client’s apprenticeship programmes, including brand aligned marketing, recruitment and enrolment, planning and scheduling, inductions and graduations. We take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our mining and construction customers’ assets and the strategic management of their supply chain. This releases them from the risks associated with procuring, owning, managing and maintaining these assets, resulting in cost savings and safety improvements.
In South Australia, under a contract with diversified construction and building products company, MSP Group, Babcock undertakes the fleet management, repairs and maintenance services of heavy mobile equipment and concrete agitators. To deliver efficiencies and timely services, our work is supported by a main engineering facility, as well as with mobile response units.
